創辦人家欣 ; 土生土長香港人, 美國ANFP認證膳食管理師, 有超過二十年食品生產與品質管理經驗，同時持有多項美國食品安全生產資格，包括：SQF、GMP、HACCP、FSVP 及 ANSI ServSafe，全面落實高品質安全管控。近年更獲美國哈佛大學醫學院認證生活醫學營養顧問資格，結合營養學與生產技術，致力為顧客打造安心及美味的產品。

所有產品配方均由創辦人家欣親自研發與調教，並於自家工場良心製作。從顧客下單至產品出廠全程監督，確保每一份出品都承載著品牌的用心與承諾。

Located in Southern California, Karen Yellow LA is a food manufacturer  that specializes in authentic Hong Kong style custard mooncakes. Since its establishment in 2018, all mooncakes are made from scratch in our own facility using a unique recipe.  The founder, Karen, personally oversees every step of the mooncake-making process, from selecting ingredients to baking the final product, ensuring that each item meets her high standards.

With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Karen, an ANFP-certified CDM, CFPP, has extensive knowledge of nutrition and food production management. She is certified in various food safety programs, including SQF, GMP, HACCP, FSVP, and ANSI ServSafe. Additionally, she is also a certified Lifestyle Medicine Nutrition Advisor from Harvard University Medical School, enabling her to design high-quality nutritional products for her customers.
