Here at Karen Yellow LA, we only use fresh local ingredients!
We incorporate US butter, milk, sugar and flour and turn them into the authentic taste of Hong Kong style custard.
We strive to bring the freshest mooncakes to you so we do not add preservatives, MSG nor food colorings in our products. All mooncakes are baked in the morning and are delivered on the same day.

The Founder : Karen Yellow
家欣奶黃創立於2018年，位於美國南加州，自設工場，持牌經營。
創辦人家欣有超過二十年美國食品生產與管理經驗，持有多項美國食品安全生產資格，包括：SQF、GMP、HACCP、FSVP 及 ANSI ServSafe，全面落實高品質安全管控。近年更獲美國哈佛大學醫學院認證生活醫學營養顧問資格，結合營養學與生產技術，致力為顧客打造安心及美味的產品。
所有產品配方均由創辦人家欣親自研發與調教，並於自家工場良心製作。從顧客下單至產品出廠親自監督，確保每一份出品都承載著品牌的用心與承諾。
Located in Southern California, Karen Yellow LA is a bakery that specializes in handcrafted custard mooncakes. Since its establishment in 2018, all mooncakes are made from scratch in the bakery's own facility using a unique recipe.
Founder Karen personally oversees every step of the mooncake-making process, from selecting ingredients and kneading the dough to taking orders and baking the final product, ensuring that each item meets her high standards.
With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Karen has extensive knowledge in food production and management. She is certified in various food safety programs, including SQF, GMP, HACCP, FSVP, and ANSI ServSafe. Additionally, she is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Nutrition Advisor from Harvard Unviersity Medical School, enabling her to design quality nutritional products for her customers.
